Scope and acceptance

By accessing usta.lol or creating a professional listing you accept these terms. They apply to visitors, registered users, and business accounts on the ranking. The platform may update the service with prior notice; material changes are published on the site.

Nature of the service

usta.lol is a visibility platform that lists professionals in province and category rankings. It does not guarantee the quality of services offered by professionals; the working relationship is between customer and professional. Buying a slot provides visibility in that position for a defined period; it is not a job guarantee or customer commitment.

Listing and content responsibility

The account holder is responsible for the accuracy of titles, descriptions, tax/contact details, and images. Claims arising from false, incomplete, or unlawful information belong to the user who created the listing. The platform may remove content, request corrections, or suspend accounts when abuse is suspected.

Payments, development, and operations

Slot fees, payment status, and assignment are handled according to platform records. Confirmed payments govern slot assignment. Software development, technical operations, and payment tracking are performed by Aweb Yazılım A.Ş. Refunds and cancellations follow the relevant payment channel and platform policy.

How payments are used

The platform allocates 50% of revenue from confirmed sales to digital marketing; customer requests from that pool are forwarded randomly to professionals. The remaining 50% funds system development and Google SEO / organic acquisition. Within marketing, Google Ads is 20%, Meta Ads is 20%, and other digital channels are 10%.
